With over 15 years of experience in coaching corporate leaders, consultants, several Formula-1 and Rally1 drivers – including Sebastian Vettel and two other world champions – Heikki has dedicated his career to unlocking higher human performance in brain work. As both a coaching business leader and a coach, he brings unique insight into what it takes for leaders, brain workers and teams to excel without exhaustion.
His work blends cutting-edge science of human performance psychology and physiology with real-world lessons from elite sports and executive boardrooms. He has witnessed first-hand how self-awareness and self-regulation build the sustainable foundation for long-term success.
Heikki believes that every individual has their own path to unique Humane Excellence. True excellence is not about choosing between ambition and humanity. Exercise Physiologist, Master trainer and Coach
Tiina Hoffman is an Exercise Physiologist who works at Firstbeat as Master Trainer, Wellness Expert, and Coach. She has over 20 years of experience in the health and wellness industry and research. She provides training for Firstbeat's international partners and regularly delivers keynotes, webinars, and wellness lectures.
As a young adult, Tiina spent 4 years cross-country ski racing and then 5 years ski coaching at the University of Alaska, Anchorage. Once back in Finland, she found her way to Firstbeat after almost a decade in overtraining and heart rate variability field studies at the Finnish Institute of High-Performance Sport KIHU and the University of Jyväskylä.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the outdoors, from kayaking to Nordic walking to skiing to ice swimming.
