How long can a service provider offer Firstbeat Life to its customers? 

• The service should be used for at least 3 months at a time to get the best benefits. Prolonged use helps to monitor developments as well as make significant changes, so we highly recommend e.g. 6 or 12-month coaching or continuous cooperation.
  
• The license granted to the user is automatically renewed for one month at a time until the renewal of the license is stopped or the license is removed from the user. 
• The framework agreement between the service provider and Firstbeat is valid until further notice. From a contract perspective, licenses can be valid and renewable indefinitely or until the contract with the service provider is terminated. 

How can a service provider start or make changes to new Firstbeat Life customers?

• The service provider has access to the Firstbeat Life Admin tool, where customer information is easy to manage.
• Customer relationships can be started at any time. Through the Admin account, a service provider can create new corporate, group and individual customers and add starter packages or license months to them. The information can be updated at any time.
• With each addition, the Admin system shows how much the purchase adds to the next invoice total.  
• The licenses you acquire will take effect immediately, unless they start later. When the license takes effect, each customer will receive an email invitation to the service.

How do service providers see customer measurement data and results?

• Through the Firstbeat Life Admin tool, the service provider can monitor both company and group results and the measurement reports of each individual.
• Company and group reports are always based on anonymous measurement data. The data is updated monthly when a sufficient number of measurements has been taken.
• For individuals, you will see the same information as each user, but in the form of a report that supports holistic analysis. You have access to the whole measurement history.
• If the customer's license expires, it will no longer be possible to start taking new measurements in the app. However, the customer still has access to their own account and can view the results of their previous measurements.
