Tiina Hoffman,
Master Trainer & Exercise Physiologist MSc
Growing up as a skier, Tiina spent 4 years cross-country ski racing and later 4 years coaching at the University of Alaska, Anchorage. After moving back to Finland she found her way to Firstbeat in 2008, after several years in the field of overtraining and heart rate variability studies at the Research Institute for Olympic Sports and the University of Jyväskylä. Tiina works at Firstbeat as a Wellness Specialist and Master Trainer.
George Kasparis, Partner Executive
George Kasparis is a Partner Executive for Firstbeat, based in the UK and covering International markets. As a teenager, George had a passion for Golf and all of the highs and lows that come with the sport. Having turned Professional at the age of 19, he went on to complete his PGA training and fully qualified as a British PGA Professional at the age of 23.
His first full time posting was at the Dubai Creek Golf and Yacht Club in the United Arab Emirates, where he spent 8 years developing coaching programs, delivering group and private coaching and eventually managing the team at the Golf Academy. From there, George stepped into the corporate world and eventually looked after the Middle East and Africa region for a large retail focussed technology company under the Johnston Controls International umbrella.
Now, his focus is set on leaning on these experiences’ in both the coaching and corporate world to help Firstbeat and partners reach their goals.
