During this interactive 90-minute online session, aimed at Firstbeat partners globally, Firstbeat experts will share what’s new with Firstbeat Life and provide ideas for making the most of physiological data as part of your offering. You will also have a chance to discuss with and hear from other Firstbeat partners.

The workshop is a great opportunity to learn more about Firstbeat Life, but also expand your professional network and meet others. We will allow plenty of time for questions and discussion, also in smaller groups to give everyone a chance to participate and keep the session interactive and engaging. Note that this session will not be recorded.

Tiina Hoffman
M.Sc., Exercise Physiologist & Master Trainer

Growing up as a skier, Tiina spent 4 years cross-country ski racing and later 4 years coaching at the University of Alaska, Anchorage. After moving back to Finland she found her way to Firstbeat in 2008, after several years in the field of overtraining and heart rate variability studies at the Research Institute for Olympic Sports and the University of Jyväskylä. Tiina works at Firstbeat as a Wellness Specialist and Master Trainer.
