Just a minute can help
You can also take short, e.g. 1-minute, micro-breaks at least once every hour. They will improve your ability to concentrate and work effectively - switch off from work matters for a moment!
Create a routine to stick to
Schedule your breaks
Take your breaks at the same time every day to help them become a daily habit. For example, schedule a (virtual) lunch with a colleague before starting your day to make it harder to skip.
Breaks are not for working
Use your break to discuss non-work related matters and ensure that you - and your break buddy - can take your minds off work for a bit.
