Monitoring Internal Training Load with MLS Champions - Los Angeles Football Club
March 27 at 11 am (EST)
Build training sessions using data to optimize performance and achieve results.
Getting results in sports is increasingly decided by ever-decreasing margins. Being able to see accurate, personalized, and useable training load data is one way to ensure you stay ahead of the pack.
In this upcoming Firstbeat webinar, we’ll be speaking with special guest Gavin Benjafield, Performance Director at Los Angeles Football Club, about how his team uses Firstbeat Sports to monitor internal training load during team training sessions and how that data is used to guide coaching decisions.
You’ll also learn:
- Why monitoring internal load is useful to guide injured players reconditioning (RTP).
- How the data is presented to the coaching staff post-session and then again prior to training.
- Which data is most useful to prioritize when it comes to building a drill database.
The webinar is useful for any coaches interested in utilizing physiological data to make smarter coaching decisions.
