Understanding and Growing Your Grit - Firstbeat Life Insights in Emergency Services
Thursday Dec 12th, 9 AM CST / 3 PM LONDON
In emergency services, the role of balanced lifestyle cannot be underestimated, forming the basis for being able to maintain good health and performance.
During the session, we will discuss the types of insights that real-life physiological data has provided to organizations and professionals in these kinds of high-pressure jobs.
Firstbeat’s Master Trainer Tiina Hoffman will start off by sharing some findings from projects that have been conducted over the years in these sectors, utilizing Firstbeat data. After that, she will discuss the topic with her expert guest from the field, Firstbeat partner Wade Warren, who is a retired law enforcement and community corrections professional who now works as a wellness and leadership coach.
They will discuss his ongoing wellness project with US probation officers in Alaska and Iowa and share some of the results and revelations that Firstbeat Life data has brought so far, both at individual and group level.
Who should attend?
